NKV GYPSUM – A Super Fine Gypsum Powder is a One Coat application product. This removes the dependency on cement, sand, laborers for curing, or wall putty for internal plaster works. It can be applied directly over any brickwork, concrete surface, siporex blocks, AAC, or porotherm blocks with thicknesses ranging from 3mm to 30 mm in a single shot. APPLICATIONS & DIRECTION OF USE:

• The surface must be pre-wetted, clean, dry, and free of dust. Important properties like soluble salt content, thermal characteristics, shrinkage, strength, suction bonding properties, etc. of the background which is to be plastered, should be evaluated before application.
• Any kind of ferrous objects like nails, or chicken mesh should be removed. fiber mesh or plastic mesh should be used for conduit pipe sealing, column, and brickwork joints.
• The right way to mix is to add powder to water, not water to powder. Avoid mixing more powder that can be used within 5 minutes. The ratio of Gypsum to Water is 1:1
• After Taking the required amount of plaster, always fold the open end., to protect the plaster from moisture. Do not tamper or mix fresh material once a mix has started to set.
• Setting time cannot be altered by diluting the mixture with water and for a longer setting time retarder should be added.
