Neurobond

Description

NEUROBOND is a bonding agent that creates a tackiness between GYPSUM and RCC surfaces. It is a milky white liquid that can be applied by a roller brush over the RCC surface. Punning can be done after one hour. As It has special polymers added, it can also be used for various other applications in construction. The standard packaging is done in 20 Kg cans.

APPLICATION PROCEDURE:

1. Surface Preparation: Spray the surface with water to remove the dust and allow it to dry for 15 minutes.
2. Stir NEUROBOND well before use.
3. Apply with a heavy texture Roller on dry concrete blocks / RCC.
4. Apply Gypsum after 1 hour or after the material has fully dried based on environmental conditions.
5. Coverage: 120 – 150 sft per Kg depending on the surface.

ADVANTAGES:

1. It can be applied readily by anyone.
2. No hacking required on concrete surface.
3. It prevents microcracks on the concrete.
4. It covers 100% of the area unlike hacking that covers only 25% to 30%.
5. Bonding strength is about 1.5 kg/sft.
6. PH value is 7-9.
7. Being an elastomeric material, it can withstand movements in the structure without cracking
